Chris Wallingford

Chris Wallingford has over twelve years of experience in the construction staffing industry. Over an eight-year period, he built a small Kansas City start-up construction staffing company into a national powerhouse. With local clients only when he first started, this company blossomed to 42 states throughout the country under his leadership. During that time, he was also responsible for signing six separate billion-dollar, ENR top 100 companies while increasing company profit by 12x. His strengths are employee hiring and management, as well as client relationship building.

Chris will lead the day-to-day charge of the company, utilizing his vast experience in both building relationships and sourcing quality employees.

Joe Neuerburg has over 25 years of experience in various roles with financial/lending institutions in the Kansas City area on both a regional and national level. The first part of his career was in a credit/analyst capacity, underwriting lending opportunities throughout the nation. This evolved into an origination/relationship manager role, developing new and deepening existing relationships, while continuing to sharpen credit skills. He has been involved in well over $1.25 billion of transactions throughout his career. After leaving the corporate world, he spent the next six years advising companies and real estate developers on structuring and sourcing both debt and equity.

Joe will handle the finances and accounting of the company.

Rob kellogg

Rob Kellogg is a certified safety professional based in the greater Kansas City area and is the owner and operator of Safety Consulting & Training Services, LLC. and Norseman Safety, LLC. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and has obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Industrial Safety Management. Rob has worked in the industry as a safety professional since 2004 and has been operating his own business since 2012. He has obtained numerous certifications and qualifications, within the safety industry, and is a prominent trainer throughout the Midwest.  Rob retired from the Army National Guard in 2009, with 22 years of service, and is a combat veteran.
